2024 Candidates - Official Slate of Nominees for Board of Directors

The management and administration of the Mint Hill Chamber of Commerce affairs shall be vested in a Board of Directors consisting of a minimum of twelve (12) and a maximum of fifteen (15) directors elected from the membership. Directors shall be elected for a term of three (3) years in such manner that the terms of one-third of all elected Directors shall expire each year. The Directors shall be elected at any regular meeting of the contributing members, or any special meeting called for that purpose, by the affirmative vote of a majority of the members present in person at such meeting. A Nominating Committee, appointed by the President, shall present a slate of nominees to serve as directors to the Board of Directors for approval. Once approved, the nominees shall be presented to the general membership electronically or by mail thirty days prior to the annual meeting of members. Other nominations may be made in writing, to the President, by the general membership prior to the meeting of members. An affirmative vote of a majority of the members present is required to elect the slate of directors nominated. ** Per Mint Hill Chamber of Commerce Bylaws an official slate of nominees must be presented to the membership 30 days prior to the Annual Members meeting. The official slate of nominees will be voted on at the Annual Meeting and once confirmed by the membership, these directors will serve for a three year term effective January 1st, 2024 **
