Ettaro Media LLC PRESENTS CHARLOTTENOW.TV:  Join host Sam Ettaro as he interviews the Executive Director of She Built This City, a wonderful nonprofit based in Charlotte that is doing incredible work helping to promote pathways and provide opportunities for youth, women, and marginalized communities leading them to lucrative careers in the skilled trades.

Since 2020, SBTC has been led by Executive Director LaToya Faustin, who initially served as the organization's COO. Her career began in education through Teach for America, which ignited a desire to advocate for community and economic development. She earned a BA in Corporate Communications and Spanish, and an MBA from Elon University. LaToya is also the founding Executive Director of The Park Community Development Corporation and launched Stay Ready Consulting Solutions, LLC, a consulting firm supporting small businesses and nonprofits. LaToya has been named one of "The City of Charlotte's 2023 Power 100" by the Charlotte Business Journal, identifying her as a trailblazer in building a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive city of Charlotte.
