Speaking Application

Professional business speakers must adhere to the following guidelines.
Presenters must:

- Own or be employed by a business/organization that is a current member of the Mint Hill Chamber of Commerce

- Have expertise/competencies in presentation topics

- Provide information in a practical and engaging format tailored to the audience including actionable items

- Speaker is allowed 20 minutes which includes Q & A for the membership

- Allow for time to respond to questions and network with attendees pre/post event

- Provide unbiased information

- Agree to present irrespective of the number of people pre-registered or in actual attendance at event

- Refrain from making ‘sales pitches’ about a particular product or service

- Current and active chamber members are limited to one speaking opportunity per 24 month period.

- Please be advised that speaker opportunities are subject to confirmation by the Chamber of Commerce staff and are not considered final until officially confirmed.
